Jack Dennison Thompson is a journalist covering music, culture and contemporary life. Originally from Newcastle and now based in London, he writes features, interviews and criticism with a focus on grassroots music, nightlife and the communities shaping culture beyond the mainstream.
His work has appeared in Clash Music, Huck, The Big Issue, Campaign, The Cold Magazine, Maghrebi, X City and GTFO. He is persuing an MA in Magazine Journalism from City St George's, University of London. Jack is originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne.
